I am a designated Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, and also have a Certified Luxury Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute designation. My background, education and experience as a real estate broker has resulted in demonstrable success in the Texas Real Estate market. My goal is to leverage these successes to represent you in a professional manner and help you achieve your real estate objectives. I have been in the Real Estate & construction business since 1989, and was raised in a family who has been in the Dallas real estate market for multiple generations. My background has given me the understanding and knowledge of the DFW metroplex and what it takes to build and sell homes in today’s market. I started my own Real Estate Brokerage, Exemplary Real Estate, in 2006. As an independent company I found myself hitting the glass ceiling and needed additional help in order to better service my clients. In 2011, I joined the Keller Williams Team which afforded me access to powerful marketing programs and giving my listings even greater exposure. This has allowed me to increase my business volume through leverage and still give personal attention to my clients. My experience in the construction industry has supported my success in helping my clients make decisions on improvements or upgrades to sell their home with the least amount of expense for the greatest impact and return. My production has increased every year since I started in 2006. Even through the Market Slump from 2007-2012, my sales continued to increase. In 2016, my dollar volume of closed transactions exceeded the 25 million dollar mark, putting me in the top 4% individual agents in KW International. Meeting this mark stretched me and my office staff enough to warrant an experienced and talented Agent to help with Buyers and Sellers. In 2017, we are excited to bring on Jana Carmichael to the Exemplary Real Estate Team. She has a wealth of knowledge and proven success in the Real Estate market.
