There is an indoor Pool with a 6,000 square foot commercial greenhouse used as an office and for personal horticulture use. The greenhouse is computerized and climate controlled. If one wanted to either store additional cars or use the space for plant growing, you could cut all the trees and flowers down and store many additional cars, greenhouse is climate controlled. This was used as a private office in addition horticulture space with producing lemon, lime, grapefruit, guava, and various orange trees. There is a large Bay Leaf tree and a gigantic rosemary bush near the desk. There are over many trees on the 2.5 +- acres. And do not forget, a lovely large ranch five bedroom, three bath home with wine cellar, darkroom and theater with a 10’ HD Projector.
There is a large metal building that we used for storing cars, I have been told many times this would make an excellent marijuana grow house. It is a bit over 6,000 square feet.

The ranch home has five bedrooms and three full baths. You enter through large french doors (this made it very easy to get our Bosendorfer Imperial grand in and out) into a large central room that incorporates the kitchen, dining and living room area. The kitchen has radiant heat installed under industrial ceramic tile (three kids and Rottweiler’s precipitated that choice) that is on an industrial timer so when you wake up in the morning, the floors can be warm, dual Jenn-Air gas cooktops in the island, and RO water system complete with hot and cold filtered dispensers, a dual Jenn-Air convection oven and a large Kitchen Aid built in refrigerator. The focal point of this room is a very large granite counter top where the kids would do their homework while dinner was prepared; this area was always a gathering place for family and friends. Around the kitchen sink area is a Corian type of product for easy cleaning. Connecting the kitchen and the rear wing is a very large laundry area with a large counter and a built in sewing machine, and an LG front loading washer and dryer. There is a large amount of storage and a sink in this room. Off of this room by the kitchen door is a liquor cabinet and a large walk in pantry.

The master bath has a steam shower with Rosso Levanto marble. I have allergies to dust so the entire first floor is either tile, cork or wood. The great room is solid T&G oak, not laminate, the real thing. It has a wood fireplace (easily converted to gas if you want) floor to ceiling oak bookcases and an oak and walnut wainscot finish. There are Pella patio doors that open onto a deck with a gas grill where we would relax at the end of the day looking west towards the Rocky Mountains. I should add that this home is only around 40-minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. There was many a day that we would return home from our office approach our home, look at each other and keep driving and head up to the park. Watching the Elk bugle in the fall with the surrounding Aspen in vibrant gold are memories we will always cherish.

The only room we never remodeled oddly enough was our master bedroom. The back bedrooms have cork flooring, the bathroom that services those bedrooms has a Kohler jetted tub (Not a plastic tub, but real cast iron) and has a complete finish in Travertine including a substantial Travertine wainscot. There is a larger room off the great room that has a door I designed in the oak Arts & Crafts style door that separates this room from the kitchen with a salvaged stained glass window from an apartment complex that was being demolished in Chicago. It was designed not only to be beautiful, but also to act as a sound barrier between the two rooms. That room has a Brazilian Cherry floor and a greenhouse window, we used it initially as a TV/family room and later it was an office. This room gives you access to the basement that we turned into a theater complete with red carpet and a motion sensing light rail to guide you downstairs. This room has an HD 10’ projection TV with a state-of-the-art projection screen. The sound is all JBL Professional, and I do mean professional, all are true studio monitors including two 18” JBL Professional sub-woofers and JBL PRO power. Also in the basement is a climate and humidity controlled wine cellar, a cedar clothes closet and a relic, but I love it, a photo darkroom.

The main house is centrally air-conditioned and has a new furnace.

It could also include a small collection of cars that may be purchased, a 1929 Pierce Arrow, a 1937 Cord 812, a DeLorean, a 1962 Cadillac Eldorado. Location is south of Johnstown. It takes us about 40 minutes to get to Coors Field to see a Rockies game, forty-five minutes to DIA.
