Jeff Bracco is a Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness The Kase Group. A real estate professional for over a decade, his experience includes numerous single tenant disposition and acquisition advisory assignments throughout the United States, including such retailers as AT&T Wireless, Walgreens, Arby's, Rite-Aid, Carl’s Jr., Starbucks Coffee, CVS Wellness, Dollar General, Walmart, Family Dollar, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Office Max and Taco Bell.
Jeff is a graduate of California State University, San Francisco and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, member of the CCIM Northern California Chapter, and Director of the CCIM Programs Committee.
Prior to joining The Kase Group, Jeff worked as a sales and leasing specialist for Grubb & Ellis in Walnut Creek where he successfully leased and sold over a million square feet of office, retail, and industrial property. Jeff was consistently among Grubb's top producers. |
