| Sold for $151,000 on 09/01/2024 This 1963 Jaguar XKE Series I coupe was the subject of a mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment in 2013 that included repainting the body, refreshing the interior, and overhauling the engine, transmission, differential, and suspension. Equipment includes Kent Cams mild-performance camshafts and a lightened flywheel in addition to 15” wire wheels, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and a replacement radio modified for Bluetooth connectivity. This XKE coupe is now offered on dealer consignment with a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, service records, a tool roll, a jack, and a Washington title that lists the model year as 1964. This 1963 Jaguar E-Type Coupe is finished in Opalescent Silver Blue over a dark blue leather interior and was the subject of a comprehensive restoration under the care of the previous owner. Although the car appears largely stock, it was built to drive and, as such, benefits from a number of subtle performance upgrades, including Kent fast road cams, a lightened flywheel, and the full-synchro 4-speed manual gearbox from a later Series I E-Type. We have had the good fortune to care for and store this E-Type for its current owner since his purchase in 2022.
