A bedroom wing completes the interior pod sequence and is reached via a long hall to laundry and a sheltered carport. All bedrooms, three lower and one upper, are en-suite, two sharing an exterior terrace. A thoughtful renovation with restored original architectural details of stone and poured terrazzo floors, bringing the house back to it's original intent and receiving a Class-One historic designation. This iconic house is in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood and is the largest Alexander-built home with the largest pool and best lot.
