Linda Wilson, Broker co-founded Wilson & Co. Real Estate in San Luis Obispo, California in 1997 with her husband, Mike Wilson. In June 2006 the company affiliated with Sotheby's International Realty becoming the first Sotheby's franchise in San Luis Obispo County. The firm has an industry reputation as one of the most successful locally owned and managed real estate agencies on the California Central Coast.
Linda has 30 years of professional experience in real estate sales in California and Colorado. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and is, both, a Certified Real Estate Specialist and Certified Real Estate Broker. She holds Brokers licenses in California and Colorado and has served the real estate industry on professional standards boards in both those states. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS® and Women's Council of REALTORS®. Linda is also a recognized Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist and Million Dollar Guild member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute.
